Our Role as an Authorized Channel Partner

We provide information about various Etisalat internet plans, assist in signing up for these plans, and coordinate with Etisalat to ensure service activation.

We act solely as an intermediary, meaning we do not provide the actual internet services, customer support for connectivity issues, or billing services.All these are managed by Etisalat.

Services We Provide

Consultation: We offer free consultation services to help you select the best home internet plan that suits your needs based on speed, data requirements, and budget.

Plan Selection: You can choose from a variety of Etisalat home internet plans listed on our website or through direct consultation with our agents.

Facilitation of Application: We help with the submission of your application to Etisalat Home Internet, for your selected home internet plan and follow up on the service activation process.

Customer Support (Limited to Sales): We are available to answer your questions and provide updates about the status of your service application or any queries related to selecting a plan.

Billing and Payment Terms

All payments for Etisalat services, including but not limited to home internet subscriptions, are handled directly by Etisalat.

As a channel partner of Etisalat, we do not process, collect, or handle any payments from customers. Once your Etisalat Home Internet service is activated, you will be billed directly by Etisalat as per the billing cycle associated with the selected plan.

Customers are not required to make any deposits or advance payments to Etisalat Channel Partners at any stage. All payments are managed directly by Etisalat in accordance with their billing procedures.

Any payment issues, such as late payments, disputes, or billing errors, must be resolved directly with Etisalat. We are not responsible for handling or resolving any payment-related concerns. Service Activation Process- After you select a home internet plan and submit your application through us, Etisalat Home Internet will initiate the service activation process. The timeline for activation is determined by Etisalat, and we cannot guarantee specific activation times.

Any delays or issues related to service activation (such as technical difficulties, installation problems, or connectivity issues) should be addressed directly with Etisalat's customer service.

We are not liable for any delays in service activation or interruptions in the services provided by Etisalat.

Customer Responsibilities Accurate Information: You are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information when submitting your application for Etisalat services. Any delays or issues resulting from incorrect information provided by you will not be our responsibility.

Compliance with Etisalat Terms: Once your service is activated, you must comply with the terms and conditions outlined in your agreement with Etisalat, including payment deadlines, proper usage, and adherence to UAE telecommunications regulations. Cancellation or Modification of Services.

Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your Etisalat home internet service, the request must be made directly to Etisalat. As a channel partner, we cannot process cancellations or refunds.- Modifications: If you want to upgrade, downgrade, or make changes to your existing Etisalat plan, this must also be coordinated directly with Etisalat. We are happy to provide guidance on which plans may better suit your needs, but all modifications will be handled by Etisalat.
